Getting Started

Quick Start

From sign-up to your first sent campaign in under 10 minutes.

1. Create your account

Go to app.ngsreach.com/signup and create a free account. NgsReach uses email-based authentication — no password required.

2. Create a workspace

A workspace is an isolated environment for a single project or brand. Each workspace has its own:

  • Subscriber list
  • Campaigns and templates
  • Email provider configuration
  • Team members and roles
  • Branding settings (logo, colours, footer links)

After signing in, you will be prompted to create your first workspace. Give it a name that represents the project or brand you are sending for (e.g. "Acme Newsletter" or "Personal Blog").

3. Connect your email provider

NgsReach does not send email itself — it routes your campaigns through an email provider you choose and control. Go to Settings → Delivery inside your workspace to connect one of the following:

  • Resend — Recommended for developers. Add your Resend API key and a verified sending domain.
  • SMTP — Connect any SMTP-compatible provider, including AWS SES, SendGrid, Postmark, or your own mail server.

Your credentials are stored encrypted and scoped to your workspace — they are never shared across workspaces or accessible to other users.

Before sending: Make sure your sending domain is verified with your email provider. Most providers require SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to be set on your domain before emails will be delivered reliably.

4. Add subscribers

Go to Audience → Subscribers and add your first subscribers. You can:

  • Add subscribers individually by email and name.
  • Import a CSV file with columns for email, name, and any custom fields.

Every subscriber belongs to a workspace and has a status (subscribed, unsubscribed, or bounced). NgsReach will never send to unsubscribed or bounced addresses.

5. Create a campaign

Go to Campaigns → New campaign. Fill in:

  • Name — Internal identifier for this campaign.
  • Subject line — The subject recipients will see.
  • From name and address — Must match a verified sending identity in your email provider.
  • Content — Write your email body, or select a template from your workspace library.
  • Audience — Send to all subscribers, or select a specific segment.

6. Send or schedule

From the campaign editor, you can:

  • Send now — Immediately queues the campaign for delivery.
  • Schedule — Pick a future date and time. NgsReach will queue the campaign automatically at that time.

Once sent, go to Delivery to see real-time logs for each recipient — including delivery status, bounces, opens, and clicks (where supported by your provider).
