Core Features

Workspaces

Isolated environments for each project, team, or brand.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is a fully isolated environment within your NgsReach account. Every resource — subscribers, campaigns, templates, assets, and delivery settings — belongs to exactly one workspace and is never shared with others.

This makes workspaces ideal for:

  • Separating different products or brands you operate.
  • Isolating client accounts if you manage newsletters for multiple customers.
  • Keeping staging and production environments separate.

Creating a workspace

From the dashboard, click your workspace name in the top navigation to open the workspace switcher, then select Create new workspace. You will be asked to provide:

  • Workspace name — A human-readable name (e.g. "Acme Newsletter", "Personal Blog").
  • Slug — A URL-safe identifier auto-generated from the name. Used in workspace URLs and can be customised.

After creation, you will be taken through an onboarding flow to configure your email provider and branding.

Workspace settings

Access settings from Settings in the workspace sidebar. Each workspace can be configured independently:

General

  • Workspace name and slug.
  • Default "From" name and email address for campaigns.

Branding

Set a logo, primary colour, and footer content that are applied automatically to all email templates built in this workspace. This ensures brand consistency across campaigns without repeating setup for each template.

  • Logo (uploaded to your asset library).
  • Brand colour (hex value).
  • Footer text, social links, and physical address (required by email compliance laws).

Delivery

Configure the email provider this workspace sends through. See Delivery Settings for full details.

Rate limits

Optionally configure per-workspace sending caps to stay within your email provider's plan limits:

  • Maximum emails per day.
  • Maximum emails per month.

These limits are soft caps enforced by NgsReach at queue time. They do not replace any limits enforced by your email provider.

Switching between workspaces

Use the workspace switcher in the top navigation to move between workspaces. Your account can belong to multiple workspaces, either as an owner or as an invited member.

Deleting a workspace

Workspace deletion is permanent and removes all associated subscribers, campaigns, templates, and delivery history. Go to Settings → General → Danger zone to delete a workspace. This action cannot be undone.

Warning: Deleting a workspace permanently deletes all subscriber data within it. If you are subject to data retention requirements, export your subscriber data before deleting.
