Team & Roles

Invite teammates and manage access with workspace-scoped roles.

How team access works

Each workspace has its own member list. A user can be a member of multiple workspaces with different roles in each. Workspace membership is independent — access to one workspace does not imply access to another.

Roles

NgsReach currently supports two workspace roles:

RoleDescription
OwnerFull access to all workspace features, including settings, delivery configuration, billing (when applicable), and member management. Can invite and remove members and delete the workspace.
MemberCan create and manage campaigns, subscribers, segments, and templates. Cannot modify workspace settings, delivery credentials, or manage other team members.

Inviting a teammate

To invite someone to your workspace, go to Team in the workspace sidebar and click Invite member. Enter the email address and select a role.

The invitee will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they do not have a NgsReach account, they will be prompted to create one first.

Changing a member's role

Workspace owners can change any member's role from the Team page. Click the member's role badge to open the role selector. Role changes take effect immediately.

Removing a member

From the Team page, click the menu on any member's row and select Remove from workspace. The user immediately loses access to the workspace. Any campaigns or content they created remain in place.

Leaving a workspace

Members can leave a workspace from their account settings. Owners can only leave if there is at least one other owner in the workspace. If you are the sole owner, transfer ownership to another member first, or delete the workspace.

Note: Additional roles with more granular permissions (e.g., read-only access, campaign-only access) are planned for a future release.
