Core Features

Templates & Studio

Design reusable email layouts with per-workspace branding applied automatically.

What is a template?

A template is a reusable email design saved to your workspace. Templates let you maintain a consistent look across multiple campaigns without rebuilding the layout each time.

Templates pick up your workspace branding automatically — logo, colours, and footer content are injected at campaign send time, so a single template works for the lifetime of your workspace even if your branding changes.

Template Studio

The Template Studio is a visual editor for building and editing email templates. To open it, go to Templates in your workspace sidebar and either select an existing template or click New template.

Layout blocks

Templates are built from blocks that you arrange vertically. Available block types:

  • Text — Rich text paragraphs with support for bold, italic, links, and headings.
  • Image — A single image, optionally linked. Images can be uploaded to your workspace asset library or referenced by URL.
  • Button — A call-to-action button with customisable label and destination URL.
  • Divider — A horizontal rule for separating sections.
  • Spacer — Adds vertical whitespace between blocks.

Branding inheritance

The following elements are automatically inherited from your workspace branding settings and do not need to be configured per-template:

  • Logo displayed in the email header.
  • Primary brand colour used for button backgrounds and accents.
  • Footer text, physical address, and social links.
  • Unsubscribe link (always present and required).

Gallery & Assets

The Assets section (accessible from the workspace sidebar) is a media library for images and files used in your templates. Upload images once and reuse them across multiple templates and campaigns.

  • Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG.
  • Uploaded assets are stored securely and served via a CDN-backed URL.
  • Assets are scoped to the workspace — they are not shared across workspaces.

Using a template in a campaign

When creating a campaign, in the content step, click Start from template and choose from your workspace's saved templates. The template content is copied into the campaign — subsequent changes to the template do not affect already-created campaigns.

Editing and versioning

Templates can be edited at any time from the Template Studio. Edits do not retroactively affect campaigns that were created from the template. If you need to update a campaign's content, edit the campaign directly.

Deleting a template

Deleting a template removes it from your workspace library. Campaigns that were previously built from that template retain their content — deletion does not affect sent or drafted campaigns.
